Rental Terms

AGE REQUIREMENT: For groups A.B, C drivers must be over 21 years of age. For any other vehicie group, min age of driver must be 25.

PAYMENT METHOD: For all groups a valid Credit Card accepted by BEST WAY must be shown for all necessary pre-authrorization amounts as well as pre-payments and settlement of final rental charges.

DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license heid for at least one year is required from the driver.

GRACE PERIOD: At the end of the agreed rental period, BEST WAY allows a grace period of 29 minutes free of charge after which, the renter will be charged with a minimum of one full day rental.

TRAFFIC FINES: All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born soley by the renter.

INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of BEST WAY vehicles are covered against damages from Fire to the rented vehicle, and Liability Insurance to Third Party death , injury, and property. Both coverages are subject to General Terms of the BEST WAY insurance contract, with its Insurer.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW): The renters liability for damage to the rented  vehile, can be reduced, under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not voilated, to a minimum charge of 400 euro

ADDITIONAL DRIVER/S: A charge of 5 euro per day has to be paid for each additional Driver

GPS: 4 euro Available on request with the daily charge respectively.
